Responsible to the Business and Technical senior leadership team as sounding board, trusted advisor, and proxy. Coordination of business strategy and technology/engineering operations. Work with executive leadership teams from other business units to define and deliver product roadmaps and devise and shepherd new initiatives. Streamline processes and administration to make them advantages, not hindrances.

Partner with corporate and division communications, shepherd roadmap checkpoints, QBRs, All-Hands and specialty division-wide developmental and team-building efforts. Implement and follow up on internal polling, making that feedback actionable.

2022 - Present

Directed a 400+ volunteer team safeguarding the Temple space, a central cultural and spiritual structure visited by 50,000+ participants annually, ensuring 24/7 coverage across a 10-day event.

Designed and implemented large-scale staffing operations, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and real-time deployment for thousands of volunteer shifts.

Partnered with Indigenous tribal elders and cultural stakeholders for ceremonial blessing and integrating indigenous perspectives into the Temple experience, strengthening cross-cultural trust and continuity.

Served as liaison between event leadership, artists, and public safety teams (Rangers, medical, fire), balancing emotional support roles with risk management and emergency coordination.

Introduced process improvements that enhanced volunteer readiness, reduced attrition, and improved reporting accuracy for decision-making.

Provided high-visibility leadership in a crisis environment, fostering calm, grounded, and compassionate engagement for both Guardians and participants during emotionally charged moments.
