About
Calm in chaos. Focused on outcomes.
I’m a hands‑on strategy and operations leader who bridges the gap between product vision and execution. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped venture‑backed startups and Fortune 500 teams become faster, scale smarter, and build processes that outlast personalities.
My background blends product, strategy, and operations. I’ve led teams from 5 to 150, managed portfolios over $50M, and built the connective tissue—SDLC milestones, PMO frameworks, and operating rhythms and processes—that make execution predictable.
I’m not a consultant who writes decks. I’m a builder who works alongside you and your team until the system runs smoothly on its own.
Approach
1. Listen for constraints.
Before touching tools or org charts, I identify what’s really affecting the desired results — people, time, quality, or money.
2. Simplify and visualize.
Clarity creates speed. I make work visible and eliminate noise.
3. Lead with empathy and accountability.
Teams don’t need more process—they need shared context and trust.
4. Leave systems that survive me.
The goal isn’t dependency; it’s durable momentum.

Outside of Work
I serve as the Temple Guardians Lead for Burning Man’s Temple, coordinating operations and volunteer teams in collaboration with the Burning Man Project. That means about two weeks every year in the Black Rock desert of Nevada at the annual event. It’s a practice in presence, stewardship, and calm leadership under pressure: skills that translate surprisingly well to executive life.
I’m also a lifelong runner and endurance athlete and someone who believes progress is best measured in quiet, consistent steps.
